Beth Jacob is honored to have Allen Ishakis join our team as Executive Director. Loving father of four, Allen learned the fine art of multi-tasking early on in life with the surprise arrival of triplets to Allen and his devoted wife, Judy. Little did he know at the time that the ability to do many things at once would come in so handy during the evolution of his career.
Born and raised in Detroit, Allen has selflessly contributed his time and managerial skills to a great many organizations in the greater metropolitan area, including serving as President, Chairman of the Board, and Gabai of his synagogue, Young Israel of Southfield. Rabbi Steven Weil and Allen enjoyed working together on numerous occasions volunteering for a variety of worthy communal organizations in the area. Well-known for his personable, Midwest charm, Allen also worked extensively in the Beth Yehuda school system and, to its good fortune, served on its executive board for many years.
Now it is our good fortune to benefit from Allen’s many talents and endless energy. We are in good hands.
