AN OPPORTUNITY TO HONOR YOUR LOST LOVED ONES

Beth Jacob Congregation will be publishing its annual Yizkor Book of Remembrance that will include the complete Yizkor service, the service for establishing a tombstone and the appropriate prayers and Psalms to be recited when visiting the cemetery -- all prayers will be printed in Hebrew and English. The Yizkor booklet will be available in the Shul for your use this Yom Kippur, and future Yizkor Services during Shemini Atzeret, Pesach, Shavuot, as well as to take home, if you wish. This year, we are also offering that your Yizkor Book of Remembrance be mailed to your home. Please check the box below if you would like to pick this option.

We would like to give you the opportunity to remember and honor your lost loved one(s) by having them recorded in a special section in the Yizkor booklet. Even if you submitted names last year, we ask that you once again submit the names with a contribution to ensure that we have a complete and updated list.

• Listing in the booklet is $36.00 per name.
• Latest date for submission is Friday, September 9, 2023

For each loved one, please write either the English name or the Hebrew name, exactly as you would like it listed in the booklet. For example, either “Samuel G*******” or “Shmuel ben D*******”
